We often think of nutrition as things like protein, carbs, and fats. However, movement is an important nutrient also. We need the right balance of movement nutrients (cardio, strength training, and stretching) to maintain optimum health.  Additionally, we are now learning that movement is required on a cellular level for healthy cell function.
