A Herxheimer reaction (aka die-off) is essentially when a new protocol makes you feel worse before you start to feel better.

This often gets confused with intolerance, which makes sense when gauging how a new protocol makes you feel. But to make sure you aren’t jumping ship on a protocol that may actually be working for you, it’s important to learn how to recognize the difference between die-off and intolerance.

Join me to learn how to best navigate Herxheimer symptoms and what you can do to manage them.

Are your probiotic side effects a positive sign, or should you make a modification?

It’s all too common that when people take a probiotic and experience some kind of side effect, they take it to mean that probiotics aren’t right for them. And that’s understandable.

But more often than not, these side effects can be signaling something good (that they’re going to work in your gut) or simply that a small adjustment needs to be made.

Here’s how to know which side effects mean what.

Mast cell activation (MCAS), Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) are three often debilitating conditions on their own, but it seems they're likely connected to one another.

Join me and Dr. Weinstock as he explains the symptoms of these conditions, how they're linked, and what the future looks like for treatment. Even if you're only dealing with MCAS or POTS, this episode is worth a listen.
